Level 1
Level 1 is perfect for the new agent, part-time agent, the agent that can not seem to get away from their files and paperwork or for the agent who has no idea where to start to get their business going. This level gives you the time to write notes, phone new and existing clients and participate in activities to meet people and let them know who you are and how you want to help them.
1 Yr. Experience/ <15 listings a yr*
$ 125 a month - New agent
$ 200 a month - Agent with over 1 year experience and/or 14 listings or less a calendar year
Level 2
Level 2 is for the more experienced agent. A perfectionist who can not seem to get it all done! The skill to move up to the next level is definitely there ... but so is all the numerous administrative activities that consume your time. Joining Assist-2-Agent will give you not only the opportunity to move up to the next level and make more money but will allow you the luxury of dinner with your loved ones!
15- 45 Listings a Yr*
$ 375 a month - 15 to 25 listings a calendar year
$ 475 a month - 26 to 35 listings a calendar year
$ 675 a month - 36 to 45 listings a calendar year
Level 3
If you do not have an assistant by now you are working way too hard! You need to hire an asistant to sit in your office and run it. Someone with years of experience that needs little to no training and a nice-size paycheck! And oh by the way, your assistant needs to be licensed! Licensing fees, board dues, educational expenses ... assistants can be very expensive! But, if you would like to work with an experienced licensed assistant and avoid the expense of both money and time, then Assist-2-Agent is the answer. This is an opportunity to have routine defined duties out of your hands AND your office. We have the experience to identify and take over the day-to-day things that must be done but so easily fall through the cracks. We can get you back to enjoying real estate!
46+ Listings a Yr*
$ 800 a month - 46 to 55 listings a calendar year
$1000 a month - 56 to 65 listings a calendar year
$1200 a month - 66+ listings a calendar year

PIERCE Assist-2-Agent works off-site. Passwords required for on-line activity in Top Producer, CSS-Showings, MLS, Realtor.com and Ebby.com are used on secure sites and not stored. All computers at PIERCE Assist-2-Agent have active firewalls and virus protection.
* Listings taken a year. Source for confirmation of number of listings per calendar year - most current Broker report or MLS agent activity report. Agreement reviewed before anniversary date to assign Level for the upcoming year.
