Once you have signed up for Assist-2-Agent the first thing we want to do is etablish your database.  As a new agent your database may need to be created.  With experience you may have already compiled your database.  If so, we will review your database and see if you are taking advantage of all the features available on your leads, customers and active clients.  Your database may need our clean-up service, included in our monthly fee.  Services will be brought on-line as the database is cleaned-up.  Once the clean-up is completed all services will be available.  In most cases delay for all services to come on-line is no more than 14 days.

• Set-up database or review existing one.
• Assign Contact Type and Source Code to names in database
• Assign a schedule for designated contacts in database to receive periodical mailings, i.e. Event Calendar, Buffini mailings.
• Enter new listings, pendings to database.
• Keep database current with new leads, new listings, changes in addresses, phone numbers, etc.
• Personalized Welcome Letter for your new listings.
• Download media-type documents to MLS, i.e. disclosures, surveys.
• Download photos with captions to MLS, Top Producer, and Realtor.com.
• Monitor download with Ebby.com
• Reminders of upcoming expired listings and, if applicable, email listing amendments for extensions and follow-up.
• Email listing amendments for price reductions and other listing changes, if applicable, and follow-up.
• Pull CSS showing information, call agents not responding with feedback and enter into Top Producer for Listing Reports.
• Enter newspaper ads that run into Top Producer for Listing Reports.
• Print full-color Listing Update Reports from Top Producer on your current listing inventory and deliver to you ready to mail including labels and envelopes.
• Run labels and process up to 200 event calendars a month.
• Deliver “To Call” reports from your sphere according to your schedule.
• Design, print and process up to 200 ct. mailing twice a year … great for the holidays!
• In T.P. input pending contracts and then close them in T.P.; gives an end-of-year account of closed activity
• Design and print Open House registers.
• Design and do initial printing of peronsalized fax and email coversheets
• Level 2 and 3 allow you to customize  services like increasing the number in your mailings….
