Who We Are

Kathy Pierce is a highly experienced professional with 15 years in real estate .  As a licensed real estate agent, Kathy has worked all 15 years with a top producing agent. Under the guidance of that agent the team grew to 21+ Million in Sales Volume and 6 licensed professionals each with their own expertise in real estate.  Kathy's expertise included  processing  &  managing the team's listing inventory,  database management, administration of the office,  organize & execute marketing, mailing-outs & special events,  organization of day-to-day finances & operations, developing agent goals and yearly business plans , analysis of business statistics, policy & procedures and forecasting.
